Your One Stop Architect SEO Solution

I’m a big believer in specialisation – doing a few things exceptionally well. A lot of SEO agencies spread themselves too thin.

I specialise purely on Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) for architect firms. By focusing on this key area with full intensity, you can expect your traffic, leads, and sales to explode as a consequence.

Phase 1: Local SEO

If you want to dominate the top positions on Google Maps and attract new clients to your local architect business, Local Search Engine Optimisation will be the first step to taking you there.

Why is Local SEO so Important?

When users search for businesses near them on Google, 44% of those users will click on results that show up in the Google Map pack.

Therefore, by dominating the Google Map pack, you can rest assured that your business will receive countless inbound architect leads as a result.

How do we actually maximise your Local SEO for Architects?

Local SEO is the process of increasing search visibility, traffic, and brand awareness for your local business – and hence dominate the map pack.

I start by fully optimising your Google Business Profile (GBP), local business citations, and many other local SEO ranking factors – resulting in a consistent source of quality leads for your business.

Phase 2: On-Page SEO

I dive into optimising your architecture website to the max. I optimise your site’s on-page SEO through many factors, including its: structure, content, site-speed, keywords, and linking.

What actually is On-Page SEO?

On-Page SEO is the process of optimising webpages and their content for both internet search engines and users.

The more relevant and useful your site is for a user searching for a particular keyword, the more Google will want to show your site to new users.

How does On-Page SEO help my business?

By optimising your On-Page SEO to the max, you can rest assured knowing that Google will now love showing your page to any potential customers for your business.

Not only that, but with a better website, your architect client conversion rate will skyrocket.

Phase 3: Off-Page SEO

Finally, I double down on off-page ranking opportunities, so your competitors are left in the dust.

What actually is Off-Page SEO?

Off-page SEO is the process of improving your site’s reputation in the eyes of Google externally.

It’s done without making changes to your website itself, but by using other strategies such as gaining high quality back links from authoritative websites.

How Does Off-Page SEO Help My Business?

By continuously improving your Off-Page SEO, we can take your website rankings to the moon.

I double down on golden long-term strategies such as content creation and high-quality link building – through my trusted architect journalist network.

When done correctly and consistently, off-page SEO strategies will facilitate your business website to obtain and maintain the best rankings it can – for many years to come.

Ready to beat your competitors?

Why Work With Me?

I’m not your your typical Search Engine Optimisation Consultant.

I Only Work With Architects

In the whole world, there are no other SEO consultants/agencies fully dedicated to the architecture industry.

Generic consultants/agencies don’t have architecture-specific assets, processes, and journalist networks dialled in and ready to go.

This means they end up wasting a lot of your investment, when it could instead be going towards getting you amazing results.

Proven SEO Results

No person or company can truly guarantee where they can get your website to rank in Google, however, my client’s results speak for themselves.

My clients crush the SEO game and leave their competitors in the dust.

The #1 priority is to get you the results you’re looking for, and I go above and beyond to do so.

As a wise man once said – “You can’t argue with results”

Transparency Is Key

I’m huge on transparency. I’m your main point of contact at all times – there’s no receptionists or HR getting in the way.

I work on your SEO campaign the whole time – your campaign isn’t just handed off to a junior employee.

I’m a big believer that you should know and understand everything that’s going on behind the scenes with your campaign – as well as all the results you’re gaining along the way.

The in-depth monthly reporting allows you to understand exactly how your website is performing, your keyword rankings, tasks completed throughout the month, etc.

I Focus On Future-Proofing

Before deciding to work together, we’ll sit down and go through a thorough “ROI Test” to ensure that SEO is a suitable solution for your architect business – based on your CLV.

Some SEO agencies like to use shady black-hat SEO tactics to bring in traffic in the short-term – until Google penalises your site.

I always use white-hat SEO practices that follow Google’s guidelines exactly to the book – so your site never gets penalised for shady SEO tactics.

The goal is to build you a sustainable source of website traffic for your site, that will bring in qualified leads for decades to come.

Frequently Asked Questions

Please find information below on my most commonly asked questions. If you’d like to learn more, then just book a time in my calendar that works best for you.

SEO is short for “Search Engine Optimisation”, which essentially means improving the quality of your website (or individual web pages on your site) to bring more targeted organic traffic to your site, hence increasing the number of qualified leads and generating more sales as a result.

This is accomplished by optimising the three following areas:

  • Local SEO: This is the process of increasing your business’s search visibility, traffic, and brand awareness for locational based Google searches – with the goal of dominating the map-pack.
  • On-Page SEO: This is related to everything on your actual website, including website structure, content quality, keywords, page speed, and internal linking.
  • Off-Page SEO: This is essentially everything that we do (without directly altering your site) to increase your site’s reputation in the eyes of Google.

When a user searches for a particular keyword that you have a web page targeting for on Google (e.g. “Architect <some city>”), the higher your website shows up on the results page, the more likely the user is going visit your website.

I.e. The closer your website is to the #1 position in the Google search results, the more traffic, leads, and sales your business will receive. In fact, 67% of users will click on the first 5 organic search results.

The goal of Search Engine Optimisation is to utilise that fact to get your website to rank as highly as possible in the organic search engine results page (SERP), hence bringing in sustainable organic traffic of qualified leads, which in turn converts to more sales for your business.

It really does depend on a number of factors, such as:

  • What ranking do you want nail down?
  • How competitive is the keyword you’re targeting?
  • What is your end goal?

As a very general rule, most of the websites that are currently ranked on the second page of Google can be ranked on the first page in around 3-4 months.

Generally, if you’re currently ranking past page 4, it can take around 6 months to secure a good ranking on the first page.

As your site rises through the rankings, your organic traffic and leads will consistently increase as a result. The real magic happens for your business once your site reaches the top half of the first page (as 67% of the traffic goes there)!

Ultimately, the duration of your SEO campaign, the calibre of the team working on it, and your level of commitment will all determine how much and how long your rankings will improve for.

It depends. Your SEO campaign will undoubtedly be cost-effective if it’s properly planned by a team of SEO experts who are taking the ROI into account in the strategy beforehand.

This is where we differ from other SEO “experts”. Other SEO companies are more interested in making a quick profit than in getting you the best results, hence they’ll take your money without even considering the ROI for your business.

However, here at Architect SEO we run your architecture business through our “ROI Test” in the planning phase, and will only accept you as a client if your business passes.

You can then rest assured knowing that we’ve done our research to make sure that the SEO plan we are proposing has taken your company’s potential ROI into full account.

The answer can vary depending on a few different factors, however, the premise is the same.

If your SEO team is not doing the necessary ROI research and a thorough “ROI Test” for your business before diving into SEO, then avoid them at all costs!

If you pass our ROI Test, then we’d predict your business to receive an excellent ROI as a result of investing in a long-term SEO strategy. E.g. If you’re investing £2k/month, then the ROI of the SEO strategy should bring you in a lot more than your original investment, over the course of the contract.

Yes, and even more so than ever.

Using search engines like Google is the main way that people discover new information, search for businesses, purchase new clothes, etc. As time progresses, we’ll only become more and more reliant on search engines.

Therefore, optimising your architecture firm’s website for these platforms has never been more crucial.

The SEO practices and strategies have evolved over time as Google’s algorithms have gotten smarter – with a greater focus on quality content, user experience, and technical performance.

If you’re looking to get ahead (and stay ahead) of your competitors, then it’s critical that you work with an SEO team that has proven results and has your best interests in mind for the long-term success of your business.

What would your architecture business look like if your website was:

  • attracting much more qualified leads?
  • receiving multitudes more traffic – consisting of those qualified leads?
  • and was converting a much higher proportion of those leads into sales for your business?

By optimising your architecture firm’s website to target specific keywords that your potential customers are searching for, you can attract those customers at the exact critical moment that they’re already searching for your products or services.

Can you think of a better potential customer than someone who’s already searching for a solution that your business provides?

In today’s digital-dense world, ignoring SEO is the same as shutting your business’s doors to a vast online audience of potential customers.

If your business’s website does not have good SEO, this is going to severely decrease your website’s visibility – making it incredibly hard for potential customers to actually find you online. This then leads to lower website traffic, reduced engagement, and decreased sales as a result.

If your clients aren’t finding your architecture firm online, you can be certain that they will find one of your competitor’s firm’s instead.

Thankfully, since you’re here on this page, you’re on the right path to improving your site’s SEO. All you need now is an team of SEO experts with a great reputation, who consistently drive a massive ROI for their clients.

SEO is an extremely powerful marketing tool for businesses of all sizes, that often gets overlooked. Depending on the business size, SEO strategies can aim to rank for keywords in a certain: suburb/town, city, country, or even globally.

For smaller businesses, local SEO plays a critical role in getting ahead of your competitors and even competing with much larger competitors. These larger competitors will often have a huge marketing budget to play with, which can be super tough to compete with.

Thankfully, SEO provides a cost-effective, proven way to reach your target audience, enhance your online visibility, and build up your brand credibility.

With locational user searches, 44% of those users will click on one of the three business in the local Google map pack. With fully optimised local SEO, you can dominate the map pack and win all that traffic that your competitors would otherwise be getting. This adds up to a serious amount of new sales for your business per month.

SEO and PPC work very well both in isolation, and in tandem.

When combined, they can actually complement each other extremely well, as the conversion data from PPC can be utilised to finetune the SEO keyword targeting strategy.

We don’t offer PPC services.

PPC services can be a very effective tool as part of a holistic digital marketing strategy, however as soon as you stop paying for PPC, the traffic stops too.

We believe in focusing on the long-term growth strategy – that is search engine optimisation. SEO focuses on building assets to transform your business website strategy into a super traffic-magnet that attracts quality leads to your business for decades to come.

Local SEO focuses on improving your site’s visibility in local search rankings, whereas global SEO focuses on improving your visibility on a national/global scale.

With local SEO, optimising your Google Business Profile (GBP) to the absolute max plays a critical role.

The keywords that local and global SEO typically target are different too…

Local SEO strategies typically target location-based keywords.

Example: any local plumber business will bring in a serious volume of traffic by ranking for a keyword such as: “plumber <some city>”.

Global SEO strategies – on the other hand – usually target broader, more informational keywords.

Example: A global toothbrush company may produce quality content in the form of blogs targeting specific informational keywords such as “how to brush your teeth properly”, or “history of toothbrushes and toothpastes”.

Even though a lot of other SEO companies guarantee first place rankings, the final decision maker is Google itself. The following is directly transcribed from Google’s SEO page:

“No one can guarantee a #1 ranking on Google search results. Beware of any SEOs that claim to guarantee rankings, allege a “special relationship” with Google, or advertise a “priority submit” to Google.”

What we can guarantee however, is that we will always be 100% transparent with our strategy, the work we’re performing, and the results that your business is receiving.

Imagine if you were an avid gym goer for a year, built an amazing physique, then stopped going to the gym. In the first month after stopping, your physique would stay pretty good, but over time your health would slowly decay.

The exact same thing happens if you stop SEO – your rankings will gradually start to drop, your organic traffic will decline, and your competitors will catch up with you.

This happens because SEO is an extremely competitive field and demands consistent effort and strategy to be successful. This is a good thing though – as it provides you with a unique opportunity to outperform your competitors.

If you remain committed to your investment in SEO for your business, then you can expect to dominate your competitors indefinitely.

No, you do not. If you’re looking for a shorter commitment, we can start month-to-month.

It may however be in your best interest to commit long-term to us as we offer new clients a 10% discount for 6-month and 20% discount for 12 month agreements.

After the term of these contracts finishes, the commitment reverts to a month-to-month basis, maintaining the discounted rate.

One of our favourite services has to be reporting since it allows us to show you the results your business is now achieving!

With the monthly reporting, you can expect as much – or as little – information that you would like for your business.

The monthly reporting includes your live rankings, your Google Analytics statistics, the work that was completed, and a higher level executive summary report highlighting what this all means for your business.

We’re as transparent as possible with all our work. If there are any specific metrics necessary for your business, then please let let us know in the initial planning stage.
